Super Motors EV Launches Electric Mobility in Jammu & Kashmir

Super Motors EV Private Limited, an electric mobility startup from Jammu & Kashmir, launched its operations on September 21, 2026. The event marked the company’s entry into the burgeoning electric two-wheeler segment, aiming to significantly advance electric mobility in the region. This initiative stands out not only for its eco-friendly approach but also for creating career paths for local youth, entrepreneurs, and technical professionals through various sales, service, and distribution activities.

During the launch, Super Motors introduced its Early Buyer and Partner Participation Programme. This initiative provides multiple benefits to customers and potential business collaborators. Notably, under the Founders Club, the first 500 eligible buyers will receive exclusive privileges, such as an optional vehicle buyback program available five years post-purchase, contingent on specific ownership criteria and terms.

Furthermore, the company unveiled the First-Buyer PIN Code Allocation, which grants early customers a unique PIN code reserved under the Super Motors First Buyer Quota. This move seeks to build a strong community among early adopters.

In addition to unique buyer initiatives, Super Motors EV introduced SMEVC, a digital community utility token based on the BNB Smart Chain. This innovative approach aims to deepen customer loyalty and foster community engagement among riders and network partners.

The Partner Participation Programme focuses on empowering local service providers and entrepreneurs by offering technical training, commercial partnerships, and opportunities for regional distribution within the electric mobility sector.

Speaking at the launch, Sushant Bakshi, Managing Director of Super Motors EV, stated, “Our journey begins in Jammu & Kashmir because we want the growth of Super Motors to mean more than just another vehicle brand. We aspire to create a supportive ecosystem where local youth can acquire technical skills, pursue careers, and engage meaningfully in the clean mobility sector.”

Madhu Sudan, Director at Super Motors EV, further elaborated on the company’s community integration efforts: “Through SMEVC and our partner programmes, we are exploring models of participation that will connect riders, service providers, and the Super Motors community.”

Following the launch of their electric scooter, noted actor Amit Rampal conducted a public demonstration of the new vehicle, adding a touch of glamour to the event. The program was hosted by Ms. Shweta Bakshi, who concluded the session with a vote of thanks.
